For your holidays in Sanary-sur-Mer, the Le Temps des Vacances agency is pleased to offer this magnificent 4-bedroom house, renovated in 2024, with a terrace, a large wooded garden with a relaxing atmosphere, a swimming pool, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and parking. A truly peaceful rental in a wooded and flowery setting, yet close to the port of Bandol, the beaches, shops, and activities. The rental consists of an entrance hall with a separate toilet, a beautiful living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a stunning view of the pine forest. On the ground floor, you’ll find one bedroom overlooking the garden, as well as a shower room and toilet. On the first floor, a hallway leads to the three bedrooms, one of which offers a magnificent view of the pool area and the pine forest. Finally, you’ll find a bathroom with toilet. Outside, you’ll find a shaded Zen area, a garden furniture set, a large dining table with parasols, and a barbecue in front of a very beautiful swimming pool. You can enjoy your holiday in absolute peace and quiet, without being approached. These are very pleasant spaces where you can spend your days in the sun or shade as you wish. The swimming pool measures 15 x 4 m and is alarmed. It is the ideal rental for a family, a group of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees wishing to explore the region. We require a 25% deposit. The remaining payment is due one month before occupancy, but no later than two weeks before arrival, except for last-minute bookings. A tourist tax is payable to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age. The amount is set by the Tourist Office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can request bed linen and towels for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. A supplement of €100 will be charged for arrivals on Sundays and public holidays. Arrivals after 6 p.m. on weekdays also incur a supplement. We request a security deposit, which must be paid to us by check or cash upon arrival. This deposit is non-cashable and will be refunded on the day of departure, provided everything is in order. A contract containing your details, those of the agency, and the rental property will be sent to you and must be signed and returned to us. You will be asked for proof of travel or liability insurance. Without these documents, no rental is final.
